We Define Spam As:
Sending unsolicited e-mail to more that 25 users. Sending unsolicited e-mail which results in complaints of any nature. Posting an article or advertisement to more than 10 newsgroups. Sending unsolicited e-mail and falsifying or disguising your user information. We reserve the right to immediately terminate service if spamming is detected or if complaints are received regaurding your account.

The general rule of thumb here is that if somebody did not specifically request the information then it is most likely SPAM. Please send only personal e-mails to your friends and associates. Do you appreciate unsolicited junk email (spam)? Most people don't!
